Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over £100 and use DHL/Royal Mail as our main logistics partners. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. All parcels are trackable, once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

All UK and EU orders are sent ‘duties paid’ (no additional customs or duty fees).

All other worldwide orders are sent non-DDP, customers are advised to check their local import and customs duties, tariffs and/or fees prior to placing an order.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES

The estimated delivery times below are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

UK orders: 2-4 business days
EU orders: 3-7 business days
Rest of the world: 5-12 business days

*Please note, at present, we are unable to ship to Sweden or Norway.

RETURNS

We are happy to refund any KNNOX product that has been purchased from knnox.com directly and is returned unused in its original packaging within 20 days from the date of shipment. Please note that all return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment in British Pound Sterling (GBP).
