Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over £100 and use DHL/FedeX as our main logistics partners. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. All parcels are trackable, once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Customers are advised to check their local import and customs duties, tariffs and/or fees prior to placing an order.

And, Products purchased using a Korea card are not eligible for international shipping.

RETURNS

We are happy to refund any KNNOX product that has been purchased from knnox.com directly and is returned unopened in its original packaging within 7 days from the date of receipt. Please note that all return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment.
